TOPIC :FERTILIZER APPLICATION & WATERING

INTRODUCTION:

This week, we have learned about fertilizer application and watering.Fertilizer application and watering are essential practices in agriculture and gardening that play a crucial role in promoting plant growth, health, and productivity. These practices are fundamental components of proper plant care and are often key factors in achieving optimal yields and maintaining the overall well-being of plants.

OBJECTIVES

-To lessen the nutrient pollution of farming areas' water bodies caused by manure.

-To illustrate the technology based on duckweed's increased sustainability and efficiency.

-To lessen the environmental effects of producing animal protein, including its carbon footprint.


TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

-gather at the rollcall place according to their respective batches
-do morning exercise
-take student attendance

7.20a.m-8.20a.m

-gathered at agrotech
-sang 3 songs namely National Anthem, Wawasan Setia Warga UITM and Planter's Song
-The lecture explains about the task for this week

8.20a.m -10.30a.m

-move to nursery
-Start dividing tasks
-Start doing the tasks

10.30am-11.00am

-tasks have been completed
-cleaning the nursery plot is like pulling out weeds
-Every student is permitted to attend college again.

OBVERSATION:




Observation of fertilizer application and watering is a crucial aspect of plant care, as it allows for the assessment of plant health, growth, and the effectiveness of the applied practices.Regular and systematic observation allows for timely adjustments to fertilizer application and watering practices, promoting the overall health and productivity of plants.
